Sessions
Main Track
The main track is the central submission platform for authors interested in presenting at ICCIES 2025. It spans a diverse array of topics, including Intelligent Information Systems, Intelligent Database Systems, and related Tools and Applications, all within the conference’s scopes.
Each paper will be subject to a comprehensive metareview, with the international program committee responsible for reviewing, selecting, and approving them for publication and presentation.
Special Sessions
The ICCIES 2025 conference is now accepting proposals for Special Sessions to be featured during the event. These sessions offer a focused platform for researchers to present and discuss their work within specific sub-disciplines, while also fostering broader interaction with the wider research community. Each Special Session will consist of a collection of papers on a specialized topic closely aligned with the main topics of ICCIES 2025.
To submit a proposal for a Special Session, please email Dr. Phu Tran Tin at iccies@it.tdt.edu.vn, including the following details:
- Title and acronym of the special session
- Brief profiles of the session organizers
- General description of the session’s scope
- List of relevant topics
- Proposed Session Program Committee (to be invited)
Papers submitted to the Special Sessions will be held to the same standards as regular ICCIES 2025 submissions and will be included in the conference proceedings, published by Springer-Verlag in their Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence and Communications in Computer and Information Science CCIS series.
The Special Sessions will be integrated into the main conference submission and review system, ensuring consistency. Session organizers are responsible for promoting their sessions, including creating and managing a dedicated webpage.
The conference review process is highly rigorous and involves two stages: an initial review by reviewers, followed by a Meta-reviewing Committee re-evaluation of submissions and reviews. While Special Session organizers manage the review process, the final decision on paper acceptance rests with the ICCIES Program Committee.
